PASADENA'S BEST FINE DINING:  LE PETOMANE RUSTIQUE!

We took our dear nephew Osbert and his girlfriend Jessica to dinner at LE PETOMANE RUSTIQUE.  How divine!  We gathered to celebrate Jessica’s release from jail (I posted $10,000 bail after she was accused of shoplifting a Little Mermaid ash tray at Toys R Us).  

Osbert insisted we celebrate at his favorite French restaurant.   “This establishment,” he said, “offers a trip back in time, to an era of gentility,  where servants are happy to serve, and we (the gentry) look upon them with noblesse oblige.”  And so, we (the gentry) climbed out of Osbert’s Dodge Dart and walked five blocks to the restaurant (Osbert refuses to spend his ducats on a valet!). 

Osbert ordered frogs legs, which I found troubling. The idea of all those poor, crippled frogs simply broke my heart!

After coffee and dessert, we walked back to the car.  Jessica skipped ahead, her purse jangling with silverware and espresso cups.
